Discover Double CB Confirmation?

Hi all,

Logged in today and noticed a new thing on my account page: (EDIT: This is not a new account - I am an existing customer that called and signed up for it in early June)

Assuming this only shows up for those of us enrolled in it? Nice to finally get a visual cue that I am enrolled besides the CSR saying so in chat.

When did you get your discover card?

Edit: Hmmm interesting, I have that showing when I login too. It read like it was for new customers as it mentions "at the end of your first year". I also signed up for the offer via chat the beginning of June.

February of this year. I know the Double cashback promo has now been restricted to just new customers, but I jumped on that bandwagon June 1st and called up to enroll in it.

A week or two ago I then went onto chat and confirmed with a CSR that I was enrolled, but it is nice to get a visual confirmation on my actual account page. Before it was just the CSR's word.

Nice and congrats!! It does add a peace of mind to actually see it in your account....My card should arrive before Friday, can't wait to log in and see if that shows up for me. What was your experience with the luv button since the day you received the card?

After 3 months I was able to get on the Discover CLI train where we were getting increases every 16 days. After 3 $1,000 SP CLI, the run appears to have ended. It was nice while it lasted. I would wait a few months and then give it a try.

I don't see that on my account, but I didn't sign up until the 18th. Perhaps it will show when my new cycle starts.

Glad to see that you are all getting confirmation. Funny that I have secure messages that state that I am enrolled, my other family members card has the banner as well, yet mine does not. Not really worried, just curious.

Yeah well the banner isn't showing up on my account anymore. Strange. But yeah, I have already confirmed it through a CSR and then earlier today with the banner. Maybe they are still rolling it out. Who knows.

It was there for me and then I looked at the 5% cash back categories again to double check a few places for this quarter and now it vanished.

Honey, im hooome! My Discover is here, and just called to activate the 5% cash back. Let me tell you, the Chase SP feels nice and looks nice, but the Discover feels and looks nice as well!!!

How much will you Double?

Yeah, it is something to do with their account interface. After checking the account that was showing it vanished upon the next login.

As long as you were told you are enrolled you should be good regardless of where/when it shows up. If you were outright denied like some people in recent weeks then I''m guessing it will never appear.

Mine is not showing a banner on my home page, but I have a new account and my bonus period doesn't start until July 18, so maybe my banner will not show up until then?
