As my oldest account is 20 months old. hehehe. still four months until 2 years. and my AAoA is only 11 months. based on the number of accounts i have. so maybe i give it another 2 months. then jump all over it. or see if any new mailers will come in.as this is the first mailer. if not . i just want to get in the door with them. and in a couple of years apply for better rates. But i keep looking at that simplicity. even over the doulbe cash. That 21 months is a hard cookie to beat. 0% on BT and Purchases. The Double cash mailer looks good. But it is only 12 months. my Discover 0 percent will expire in october. so i really need another 0 percent card. I have the freedom. but it is only good until june 2016. and i have a low limit. 2k. so it will not do. i need something with 5k on to transfer the balance on my tiny cards. Thanks again. imperfectfuture for you help and all as well. its a conundrum to say the least. as ive been waiting to get in with citi. honestly i thought i would not get offers until next year sometime. as im barely over 700s. but my report became crystal clean a month ago. not a single negative. But my age of accounts is dragging me down.

Im not really a fan of Boa. as when they were nationsbank years ago. so they will be last.It appears citi is the hardest card ive tried to get up to now. thats why i was excited to finally get a pre approval then get a mailer. so i must be doing something right. As Far as Barclays is concerned. I do have a relationship with them already. I have my apple card for about a year now. Current limit is $5410. (strange). but they have been great. Started with 2k. then 4 months later 3500. then 5 months another 1910. hmm. Im a huge Apple guy. Iphone6. Ipad air. and apple watch. so i use it all the time. mostly for itunes. which i just earned a free $25. gift card. As far as flying. I will fly to Hong Kong Via Delta. Ive been there before and have many many friends in Asia. as well as a Daughter in the Philippines. . That is why i was happy to get in with amex. but after using. and getting my limit to 10k. ive really not used it much. as im not happy with the way i earn miles on it. 1 mile for everything except delta. But i have about 50k miles on it now. and will use it to make my flight a little cheaper. so maybe now you understand. why i have been shopping around for low Apr cards.

I currently have 2. My Gte credit card. 9.9 Apr. but low limit. 4k..Of course DinersClub. at 13.15 Apr. but low limit. 5k. which i have used to pay taxes. so that is a no go. But Combined limits on Bank Cards at about 100k. Current Utilization is about 8%. but I will bring that down long before i leave. and be at about 3%. now that i ve learned from everyone here about what to do . I really on need time under my belt for my scores to thrive. so im excited. just wondering. If i do app on that citi. is it possible to recon the starting limit with them?. I do have a Home Depot. 7k. and a Best buy mastercard. 4k. but i know they are too happy to run another hp. just wondering.

Waiting should net you better APR, I've been getting Diamond and Simplicity mailers forever at 19.99, then out of nowhere the double cash mailer came in at 12.99, 0 for 18 months. I applied and got those terms, albeit a low CL of $1.2k. I will recon that limit next week after other CLIs post to my reports, but from what I've read Citi doesn't really give out big CL on the double cash anyway.

Oh, and I got another mailer today for Diamond Preferred at 19.99, lol.
