To complete your request, we need more information. Please call the Customer Care team at 1-800-201-4955 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) at your earliest convenience.</description>

If you have a fraud alert or comenity *THINKS* you have a fraud alert, that could be one reason. I've been fighting them for a month just to get a replacement card, they are using a stale report for me as I formerly had an alert on my CRs, but it's been removed since late spring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>That's actually a pretty common message from Comenity. Give it a week or two and it should be back to normal. I get it occasionally and I haven't had any fraud alerts on my reports. Nobody really knows what triggers it.</description>
