Amex Card Very weird CL question..

So I actually got a raise this year beyond 2%, imagine that!. Congrats to me lol.. Anyways with that being said I updated my income on various CC sites and with that said here is a weird thing that happened, not sure if there is any correlation in updating my Income and what I am seeing.

This has to do with my Amex HHonors that I have been putting alot of use on the first month I have had it.. Well not alot but in 20 days or whatever about 650$ through it just to get the 750$ spend bonus for the points. I havent used it in about a week and paid it off about a week ago...

Logged in later today after doing my income increase earlier and see something interseting only on this card, not my other Amex's.. My CL that is normally 2k on this cards is showing 2154 available then I click on the credit ! next to it it says CL 2000 available credit 2154.. Anyone ever see anything like this?

Does that mean they are just auto increasing the card with an amount of $154? If so, that is an awful weird CLI amount lol.. Anyone seen anything weird like this? No I don't have any returns or anything or the sort either... Just weird....

Very interesting.. i think you should call and find out. If that is a CLI, then certainly a meager and strange limit..

Ya weird indeed.. If it is a CLI for a 8% raise this year, I would be very disappointed lol.. I am guessing it is just a system glitch.. Not eligable to request one for about 60 more days and it won't be on that card.

Might be worth chatting with them about though just out of "Curiousity"

Ok offical answer my CL is the same at 2k, it is a bug in the system.. Thank gosh that wasn't an auto CLI as it is less than generous

Good a glitch. almost as bad as Barclays. with my $5410. limit. really don't know what that is about. maybe they are trying to tell me something.

Was your raise exactly 8%? If it wasn't, but was exactly 7.7%, then that would be even weirder.
