      <description>&lt;P&gt;For me out of 3 cards, the USAA Rewards AMEX was the highest CL @ $6k (auto CLI a year or so later to $7,200) with scores between 700 and 730 and starting APR @ 12.9%. Other cards were 4k @ 15.9%. This was 3 years ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As mentioned above, the outcome will be YEMV.&amp;nbsp; IME, being a full USAA member, I was approved for the WWP AMEX last year with SL $16,000 - six-figure upper income and EQ FICO score was hovering close to 800 at the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
