2 day message for Discover CLI?

I tried for a CLI on my Discover, since I am using it for all of my spend right now. I got a message that said decisions are usually made within 2 days. Is this a denial or a maybe?

An outright denial is an outright denial. "X days" with any creditor doesn't mean anything other than a manual review is required. It could lead to a denial. It could lead to an approval. The message itself does not indicate the outcome. The outcome depends on the result of the review.

I had this happen and ended up being an approval 2 days later. It brought my limit above $20k so that may have been the reason.

@I agree with @Anonymous. The 2 day message isn't necessarily a denial..
