Victoria's Secret CLI question

I searched around here and saw there is some automated phone process to get a CLI on VS Angel card. Can anyone tell me how to do that?

When I call, I press 1 for credit card then say "credit limit increase", then it always says that it's going to transfer me to a CSR. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I didn't think it wouldn't be obvious so sorry if my question is stupid I promise I'm an intelligent person lol. I don't know if maybe they have changed phone systems and it doesn't work anymore. I'm not sure about the phone thing, I always do my requests online. How long have you had the card?

I do all of mine online. Have you tried that?

You might not be eligible right now for SP CLIs using the automated system. I'd either try the LUV button online or wait at least a month before trying the phone system.

Thanks for the responses everyone! So I tried online, I got a message to call customer service. So I did that and they increased my limit by $150 . Something is better than nothing I guess. I've had the account since 2013. I'll wait another month and try doing it online again.

I actually had the same issue, had my card since late 2013, reached their forever angel status but was stuck with 250 limit, every attempt for increase via love button resulted in a big, fat NO. Read here about getting increase through automated phone system, thought give it a try and got two 200 bumps. Happy dance

I have had no luck yet with this card. Going to put some spend this month and then try the phone robot lady one more time

I didn't get my first increase until my 7th month. Since then, I have been able to get one monthly.

I've been calling the number on the back of the card, when it tells you that the call may be recorded blah blah...do not hang up (many people do thinking it will transfer them to a rep), the automated system will ask what it can help you with, just say 'credit line increase', then 'no' to amount and tell your income, if you are approved, do not hang up and repeat the 'credit line increase'.
