Cash+ sign-up bonus blues...

So I applied and received this card back in May. I thought there was a sign-up bonus of $100 -- it was a minor reason for applying, but was a reason one-the-less. I met all the terms and conditions for the sign-up bonus within the first week [$500 spend in 90 days]. However, I have not received the bonus as of yet. I called customer service and they seem to have very little knowledge of the sign-up bonus. They then had me fax in a copy of the offer. I did so by printing the offer off of their site. As of today that offer page no longer exists. Spoke with customer service again today to find out if my fax was received or did anything and she could not offer me any info. Told me that I may not be eligible for the sign-up offer, but they will mail me a letter telling me if based on the fax I am eligible for the sign-up bonus. Anyone else had this experience? Any advice? My guess is that I am not eligible, but is there a way to recon a benefit?

Do you have any dealings with (or access to) a branch? I've found that's how to get things done with US Bank. GL

I got a preapproval letter in the mail also when I app'd and it was spend ~~$700~~ $500 (just reread the paperwork) and get $100, I still have the paperwork. I'm hoping they will credit me the bonus as I have already met the spend.

When I got my card 3 years ago, $50 Facebook bonus show up without incident

Just an update. Received a letter from USBank informing me that I did not apply through the right portal to receive the sign-up bonus, thus they would not give me the $100. I signed-up through the bank's website and apparently not through the offer page. Just food for thought for anyone signing up for any card. Make sure you sign-up through a specific offer. I told the telephone banker that I thought that was a pretty lousy situation since the offer was not targeted and popped up whenever I simply googled USBank and cash+. He told me the most he could give me was $50 for my troubles. He was a supervisor. The banker before him told me she could only give me $25.

They credit my account the $100 bonus as promised.
