Cap one mobile problems?

Anyone having a hard time signing in on the app? It tells me to call a number but I didn't want to bother if others are having same issue.

I was able to login by typing my psw, instead of using the 'touch feature."

I haven't tried the touch feature before. Can someone access the account if your phone is stolen?

I can't sign in on their website or with their mobile app on Android or iOS. They must be having some issues.

Im sure they'll fix it..they've been doing lots of upgrades lately. Dont worry dont worry your CLs will not be decreased lol

Try entering the password on the app wihtout finger scan, might work.

strange day at capital one that's for sure, none of my mobile options work, whether I use the touch feature or manually enter my username and password. Website would not work as well, finally was able to log into website but some of the features were unavailable. My wife was not able to log into her account though, so certainly a strange one.Judging by the postings on their facebook page they have lots of unhappy customers. Hey things happen sometimes, but I guess these days there's no patience for that.

Did you all notice the new change on the app? If you have multiple cards and you select one, the selected account kind of pops up and opens and same when going back to the list of CCs...pretty cool!!

I was able to sign on to the site on my laptop, but not using the mobile app. It crashed right after I put my code in.
