Comenity- Express/ VS love button broken?

I typically get my CLI's on the 13th. I logged in on both accounts and entered salary and requested CLI. Nothing happened. screen didnt refresh, no denial, no letter sent message and no increease.

Any one else having this hiccup? any advice?

Maybe you have reached your max. CLI is not a given.

didnt know there was a max...just thought they give and give till you forget to ask..

Are you running up against your limit every month? Maybe talk to Analyst directly.

You can try a different browser in case of any issues with cookies or cached files. Be sure to clear them beforehand though. Then try again, if nothing happens, just call their automated system and see if your accounts are elegible for the CLI.

I checked from my phone browser same thing. I'll try calling. It's not imperative lol

Express for sure has a max. Its around 3K.
