Previous Chase Cancellation - Now with WAMU -

Anyone have any ideas on this?? Chase is one of 2 baddies (now) that I have. 23 months ago, it went to internal collection. I paid it off quickly, but they cancelled my card. (CLI was $8500). I've tried to GW them without success. Fortunately, it only shows as 60 day late on my CRs.

Here's the twist. I've had a WAMU card now for about 9 mos...always paid on time, low utl, and they just auto-CLI'd me to $3,700.

With the JPM/Chase purchase of WAMU, do I need to worry? My experian (that's who WAMU pulls in FL) is now 748, and I'm squeaky clean since the Chase lates.
