Cabela's letter- what does this mean??

My friend got a letter from Cabela's visa card last week thanking her for her application and saying she needed to send in a copy of her driver's license and proof of her address.

She mailed in a copy of drivers license but it is from NY (her home state). Her address is here in IA, she wrote a letter explaining she is a student and NY is her permanent address. She also sent copies of utility bills with her current address and a copy of her student id.

Her EQ is 679.

Does this mean she is in with a chance at the card??

Sounds likes she's approved if they can verify her identity BUT i think they have some glitches in there system but i hope your friend gets approved for the card.

She could call but there gonna tell her to either fax or mail the documentation they requested. I was approved for the card then a few day later i was denied because they couldn't verify my identity o well i feel like it's there lost of a good customer. An i feel like the card wasn't evan worth me trying to do a recon better cards are in store for me in the near future.
