My QS1 6th statement cuts on the 28th which is today? When will I receive my Credit Steps CLI?

Are you sure you were enrolled in credit steps? If you are, and you made all of your payments on time, then you should see it very soon. I would say before the next statement for sure.

I got my increase on both my cap one cards the following morning after statement cut.

When my statement cut on the 19th I logged in at midnight and my limit went up 3k. So I'd check at midnight. Good luck.

Heavy use. PIF every month but 1. The one balance that posted had an emergency charged $300 paid $50 2 days before the 6th statement cut.

I'm still waiting on my credit steps increase. 7th statement cut and nothing. Granted I am carrying a slight balance, but that shouldn't affect it, should it?

As long as you paid in full for your first six statements, you qualify.

Well see back then I didn't know what I know now and I carried a small balance every month. Granted I had 0% of course so I didn't pay interest, and I always paid on time and more than the minimum, but yea.
