How long after meeting CapitalOne spending requirements do you get the bonus?

I couldn't find any information online. I'm just curious I just met my spending requirement for the first 3 months on my Cap1 card. I was wondering how long it will take to give me the money? :-)

Indeed, it will post right away. I recently had a $1000 charge that sat in pending for a while. Once it cleared earlier this week, I saw the 40k miles post for my Venture.

They are fast! IF you have any pending charges, those will need to post first, but usually within a day or two the bonus posts!

Took about 24 hours. and boom. Bonus was on my account. and 24 seconds for me to cash out for the full cash value. $460.00 Cash.

The cash value for Venture spend is 400? I thought it was less if you don't redeem for travel?

The bonus portion of the Venture is 40k miles. which is valued at $400 dollars. But you also get 60k miles for spending the 3k. Which gives you 46k miles once you make the bonus.

In theory if you redeem for statement credit and not for travel you are correct. you would only get half price for the Cash.

I put the word Cash out their specifically saying there are several ways to redeem the miles for full cash value which i will not discuss here. But there are with just a small amount of creativity.

One being buying Gift Cards directly from capital one. they will give you full Value even if not for travel.

And there are many others options to get the Full Cash Value. it takes Deep thought.
