Shopping Cart Trick

A few questions actually. Is anybody still getting pre approval offers for Sportsmans Guide Visa and My Points? The Sportsman one I was trying over and over. I don't even know how many times now. Then online I seen an offer for pre approval if your a member of The Buyers Club. So I checked it out and it said if your not a member of the Buyers Club go join and come back and get pre approved. As a member of The Buyers Club your automatically pre approved. So I did this. After about 2 1/2 weeks I heard nothing. So I called the them and they said they had no record of it and to call Comenity. I did that and they had no record of me at all ( which is funny because I was already approved for 3 of their cards ). So I went back and resubmitted again. Same thing happened. I've now resubmitted it again about 10 times. I've still heard nothing.

With My Points I've been shopping my butt off and still nothing. With Marathon Visa I can't find any where to sign in my email. Where do you go there for that? But I also wanted to Thank You for My Fico. Reading you one day is where I heard of the SCT. I've gotten 3 so far ( Buckle, AnnTayler ( not the Mastcard ) and Old Publo Traders ). I haven't tried for any of the others because I've been trying to hard for My Points and Sportsmans. And the pre approval thing with Sportsmans was your date of birth, last 4 digits of your SS and yearly income. I didn't think it was a mistake doing that with the Sportsmns. I figured spend, I think it was $39.00 to join The Buyers Club, and get there visa. What do you think?

Have you seen any Hard Pulls on your actual CRs from the submitted applications? Any letters in the mail regarding the decision or if additional information required? (sometimes these can take a while). AFAIK, the Sportsmans Guide "SCT" is still available. I was able to do it last month without issues. It resulted in a HP but I was ok with the outcome.

Your post is very confusing, but there is no "requirement" to join the buyer's club in order to get the SCT popup approval. It helps to add it to your cart, but you don't actually have to join.

well is happening to me to i have the memberships and i order some staff and gun to i never have the pre-aproved offer i not have lock on connecty bank, and i apply and denial BK 2007

IIRC, if there is still a lingering BK on your profile, you may not be eligible for the dual or co-branded V/MC/Discover cards from Comenity. Unless there are folks who may have obtained them further out or close to BK dropping off. Maybe someone can chime in on your situation.

I Just tried this and got accepted. $2000 limit. Not too shabby since my Utility is pretty high atm and I'm around a 635 fico.
