      <title>Capital One Verification !!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So Im venting. On 8-7-15, I applied for CAP 1 QS1. It told me my application needed review. So I called and it was for ID verification. First I was told I needed SSC and Proof of address (bill etc) , I said okay and faxed. A week later I call and they said that the Bill came in fine but SSC was unreadable. Same Font sizing and Clarity from copy. So I needed to resend.... So I resent that. Waited a week and called again. Once again my SSC was unreadable... So at that point I asked the rep for them to check the toner on their machine. I resent again... 4 Days later I call the received the documents and told me 3 weeks!!!!! For an approval... That was on the 23rd of august&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fast Forward To 9-5-15.. I call to check up because its nearing 30 days since first appied. I have another rep telling me that it was pending because of a Driver License...NO ONE TOLD ME THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE..... or i wouldve sent that too, She told me i had one day to send it in. because if not after 30 days it will be another triple pull.... omg tears b.c im rebuilding... So i rush and faxed it in made sure it was clear and readable... Fast Forward to tonight. I call and Ask for an update.... GUESS WHAT my driver license was unreadable and needed to fax my drivers license again... so i ask if i resend this time, will i be hard pulled again? She says yes....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont know what to do . Ive been tripled pulled once already and to be tripled pulled again? That is not right especially when I wasnt advised in the first place about what all i had to send. The rep even apologized in august when i said that and admitted that we shouldve told you. Now I feel Like i wasted 3 pulls... need advice...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I would just eat the first triple pull and go with another issuer. I wouldn't want to give them my business anymore. Not worth the hassle IMO.</description>

So the first time back in March or whatever had to do with the FAX in copies of your DL/Utility Bill etc. and required to send again a second time no matter what. I don't question the reasons, if they want 10 copies their gonna get 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The main thing here OP is NEVER WAIT A WEEK!!! Stay on top of it until they 100% confirm and approve. IMHO your que in line or whatever will get lost in the shuffle and then you'll be totally frustrated with the waiting and being transferred all over the place only to be told something else is amiss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like i said, NEVER WAIT A WEEK, stay on them HOURLY and/or DAILY until it's done. Just some good advice to avoid that headache with Capital One.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, thank goodness i remembered the name of a county that i lived in, in another state 15 years ago if only for a few months&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileysurprised" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysurprised" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif" alt="Smiley Surprised" title="Smiley Surprised" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Guys tell me what you think of this Email to the EO before I send it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To Whom it may concern,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;My name is &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;. On the date of 08-07-2015 36 days ago I submitted an Application for the Capital One Quicksilver one Card. I was Told That same day that Verification was needed and to send in documents proving identity. I sent in Required documents via fax and was told a week later around 8-15-15 that my documents were received and to wait for processing. I called Back On or Around 8-21-15 to only be told that one of my documents were unreadable and to re fax. I re fax required Documents and was told again it will take time to process it. I called Again around 9-5-15 for an update. I was told that they needed a Photo ID as well, but I was not notified of this only of 2 forms of verification SSN and Proof Of Address which I have supplied. Which worried me about it was close to 30 days since original submission of application being afraid of an additional hard pull on all 3 bureaus. I contacted again today 9-13-15 about verification again about receiving my Photo ID, Only to be told that once again it was unreadable and I can resend it but it would be a hard pull once again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am frustrated that I had to jump through hoops and have to wait for myself to call in about missing info on my verification, Especially if there is something wrong. I need to resolve this. I believe I have done everything to prove my identity. All I wanted was to become a customer of your company from the great praise from my friends and co workers. Please Contact me So me can come to a resolution to this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

IMHO your que in line or whatever will get lost in the shuffle and then you'll be totally frustrated with the waiting and being transferred all over the place only to be told something else is amiss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like i said, NEVER WAIT A WEEK, stay on them HOURLY and/or DAILY until it's done. I shouldve stayed on them but how would I know that a major company could slip like that. But your right. Ive done phone verification before. But &amp;nbsp;i didnt know cap 1 did that... well i guess i will find the EO email address and send a friendly email about whats going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;You certainly don't need to&amp;nbsp;feel&amp;nbsp;like a credit youngin either. When i went thru my first time with them on that i was as dumfounded myself as anyone when they&amp;nbsp;came back with "well those are too unreadable" etc. and i had to resend them again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
