Transfer my credit usage to wife's card?

We are in the process of getting a house but due to a credit card of mine being high usage it is really hurting my score (low 700s). We were wondering if I would be able to transfer my debt to my wife's Chase Slate card with 0% interest on balance transfers for 15 months or if that would be an issue? Anyone have an idea.

Not going to be able to do it directly but if Chase gives out balance transfer checks with the Slate then your wife could write a check to pay off your card

I was able to do this very thing about a month ago. The online form just asks for the bank name and address plus the account number. I transferred two of her store accounts to her new Slate and $1500 from my CapitalOne card. Chase called her to confirm the request before processing it.

Nope, they didn't really care, just want to confirm with her it was OK to pay that balance. She's an authorized user on the account and was actively using the card, but it didn't really matter to them.
