I am thinking of doing some PC to avoid paying for AF on cards i never use. So i am wondering what my options are. I am thinking of downgrading my citi aa to dc is that possible ? What about my Barclays aviator i originally wanted to downgrade it to Sallie Mae or something, but since that card no longer exists for new applicants now sure i can do that.

Last but not least is what i should do with my EDP. am wondering if i should keep it or downgrade to ED. The thing is i probably would only be using it for groceries. Since premeir will be on gasoline duty.

I don't think it's possible to PC any card to SM from what I've read here. But I could be wrong. If so someone will come along with correct info.

I did this very thing in August, I wanted a no-AF option for my Aviator and Barclays only offered the Rewards and Arrival twins. I asked about Ring and SM but no go. I went with the no AF Arrival. Your scores are higher than mine were, so give it a shot! Good luck!

which version of aaviator card do you have? if it's silver, then apply for global entry and get the 100 bucks application fee reimbursed.
