Capital Combined System error?

Have anyone successful with combined cards with capital one lately? I've been trying for a few weeks now and it never work for me. ALL my cards have meet all cetegories , every time i tried to combined it said none of my cards is eligible for combined. Talked to chat rep they can not help me with it, all they can do is provide me 1-800 number. I also did tried to talk to technical support, last rep i spoke to is they have an error on their end and i was ask to wait 72hrs then try again. 72hrs had very well passed already and I can not combined still. Anyone have a problem with this?

This was happening with a combination I did; eventually, it just worked. However, the verbiage on the combination page indicates that Capital One may not be completely forthcoming regarding the criteria.

"There are several reasons why a card may not be eligible, here are the main ones:"

"Here are the main ones" suggests that there are other reasons that are unlisted. It would be really interesting to know what these other reasons are; perhaps these unspoken criteria (but likely clearly outlined internally) are the cause of combination difficulties for some people.

I been trying almost every days but no luck yet. I did spoke to the tech rep and they said its on their end they told me to wait 72hrs and try again. no help at this point.
