My Carson's charge account reported the full statement balance fo $173, which was due today.
+1. It had me confused for a bit too. Now what I do is pay the day my statement endsor a few days before, then don't use the card again until it cuts (or reports) to the cra's, other than to make the payment my statement calls for. Usually that means PIF. Once it reports, I am good to go.

Call the # on the back of your card, and when the robolady asks, tell her credit limit increase. Then your annual salary. When she asks if you are requesting a specific amount, say no. Aaaand then if you get the CLI, DONT HANG UP. Start over again. Keep going until you get the 7-10 day message. Legend has it the robolady shows more luv than the luv button. I, however, am unluv'd equally by both lol.
