It didn't say recommended or suggested for you, it just said "your personalized offer" and then listed the 0% for 12 months, 0% on BTs. How accurate is this offer? My scores seem a bit low to qualify for that (I am going to app for it anyway because they are quirky and I will need a 5% cash back card).
