CLI's, Sync, automated system and soft pulls

Does calling the automated system and requesting a CLI via robot lady create a soft pull during the request or do they normally refer to the last AR?

That's up for debate. I tried several times this past month with no success. This was even after my TU went up to 718! I tried, hitting luv button, called two separate numbers and the chat line. Not until last week did I go through the chat line as suggested, asked for $10,000 did I even get a bite! They countered with $4000. I'm thinking they didn't bother with a SP until this last time!

The only card (that I know of) that is a HP for a CLI is CareCredit. Others are all soft.

Thanks, I knew that. My question was specific to CLI requests using the automated system and if it creates a new soft inquiry or relies on the previous AR..
