Best way to contact Cap 1 EO?

We can no longer call the Cap 1 EO so what is the best/most effective way to contact them now? Don't want to end up with a regular CSR. I'm not getting to far with their Luv Button (only a $1K increase). I believe they can do more with a manual review.

Email is pretty much the only way.

Carrier pigeon. What once was effective still remains so today. Of course, this method means you have to feed the little buggers. Of course, as Omar says, email also works
