Chase pre-approval 7/24? Chances?

OK, I know the 5/24 Chase deal, I have 7 in 24, but Freedom, Slate and CSP all show on Chase pre-approval page. Have a 4 year old checking/savings account with direct deposit of just over 60% of income. I thought Chase pre-approvals were solid. I have a couple more months til I hit 5/24. I'm still going to wait, but what a tease.

Could go either way, but guessing a denial.. If you want it go into branch and have banker push it as you are more likely to have luck. Some get by the 5/24 rule this way.

I have a Venture, but the Freedom/CSP would far outshine it next year based on my spend this year. Just have a cross country traing trip coming up and need to get tickets soon. Scuba diving in Thailand for next X-Mas. Work related reimbursible expenses could make the trip a lot nicer.

The only time I have seen people get around the 5/24 is with a Slate card, but it offers no rewards, so that's not very exciting for most people.

I would say the chances are pretty low to almost nothing, especially to get both a Freedom and CSP. Applying in a branch with a banker can only do so much, at the end of the day the policies are what they are. More than likely you will just have to wait.
