      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't recommend doing a balance transfers on any Am Ex card. M/C Visa or Discover only. Am Ex doesn't like people to spread out a balance over 12 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But i wanted the simply cash. Denied. reason. time of being amex cardholder. 1 year. then i tried the ED. Same reason. Time of being Amex card holder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess they only want me to have 2 cards. But they were both Sp denials. also at the same time they raised my Delta limit to 20k. So go figure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So always take statements like that with a grain of salt. I even BTed a balance from Amex to another card once. They had no issue what so ever. Never to their card as ive not had the option to do so plus their interest is high. Currently 15.24% on my Delta.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
