      <description>Probably 2-3 weeks, though that is on the higher end of CLIs from what I've seen, so I wouldn't expect it to go much higher (if at all).</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to get a CLI through Capital One earlier today, and it didn't reject or accept me. Just said that I would find out in the coming days. So, I guess that means a HP for me? I've heard 6 months between requests, but have never received a CLI from them ever.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
