Chase - Uber Promo

$30 Free Uber Ride for using Chase card.. Not sure if this is one per account or across all acounts? This was sent to my account shown at bottom of email being CSP. This came by email BTW.

Edit: Starting to wonder if this is only if you are NEW to Uber or if I am already an Uber user if this promo will still apply? Guess I will just have to sign up the CSP to see if It credits me with $30 promo

Afaik they track via both email and phone number. So new email and a new Google Voice account for each would do it, but that's more of a pain than it is worth.

Yes this is my default.. People that are new to uber can get a free 30$ ride though.

Can you pay the difference if the ride is more than $30 or does it have to be $30 or less? Never used Uber before but may need them on Tuesday. Think my ride would cost closer to $40 though.

Difference would go on the CC.. You have never taken Uber before? Wow! Nice thing about Uber is no cash exchanges hands and don' thave to sign anything hop in car and hop out of car. Tip is taken care of by when you put your CC info into website I think mine is defaulted at 15 or 18% don't remember. Still a hell lot cheaper than taxi's and ALOT quicker where I live. Most I have ever waited for Uber to pick me up anywhere I have been has been 5 mins even at 3 A.M.

lol I have a car and everywhere I usually go is within 10 miles or less. Never needed Uber! Only need them now bc I have to be somewhere at 6:15am and can't drive myself home so driving there is out. Thanks CC

Uber tip for those with Amex MRs & SPG status.

Link Uber with your SPG program (free $30 if new), and in addition to 2X when paying with an MR card, receive 1 SPG and 3X SPG on days when staying at a Starwoods property.
