as another member had mentioned to call Navy and have them to check a box so my account would qualify for soft pull credit increases we dont do that if u request a increase its a hard pull he didnt seem to bright lol.

do u remember last night when u said u had to call in and Navy had to check a box before u could get a SP credit increase i called Navy tonight and asked about it he said they dont do SP credit increase if u request its a hard pull he didnt seem to know nothing about it.

did you ask to speak to the credit card department or was it a general account rep? just get transferred to credit and then ask for the box to be. hacked for automatic CLIs

in automated i chose option for new credit card i may need to call back
