    <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with your assessment of USAA cards, decent CLs but, poor rewards. I use the WW AmEx to aid that program. I've never been offered the 0% APR except as a BT option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a little confused because I THOUGHT the change CL button didn't appear if you weren't eligible. It doesn't appear for my WW Amex which is only about 4 months old BUT, it does appear for my RA MC &amp;amp; my VISA despite getting CLIs 2 months ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to use the Amex to benefit the Wounded Warrior program as much as possible&lt;/P&gt;</description>
