Just curious, can CLs be transferred, between Cap1 Platinum MC and BuyPower WEMC?

So I recently started a new thread where I mentioned I was approved for a BuyPower WEMC with a $5k SL (thread got locked somehow I guess though, so currently in the process of requesting mod assistance to hopefully have the thread unlocked).

As a related question to my previous thread, about the BuyPower WEMC approval: was just curious, can CLs potentially be transferred, between a Cap1 Platinum MC with rewards (my NHM Ultra card, the equivalent of an AF-free Venture) and my new BuyPower WEMC, or vice versa? Or does Cap1 not allow reallocation of CLs, between its core cards and its partnership cards, like the BuyPower WEMC? The reason I ask is because if Cap1 does allow reallocation of CLs, I might be very interested in trying to reallocate $1k of the BuyPower CL to the NHM Ultra Platinum card?

You can't reallocate CL's or even combine the co-branded Capital One cards. They're treated different than their in-house offerings.
