Commenity CLI check box information

I have been on most of my commentiy accounts and I have yet to see a check box next to the CLI luv button.

What is the deal with the check box? Is the check box an indicator of CLI eligibility or not?

I'm not too sure but I don't have the check box and I don't get increases from comenity. I have an overstock card and a Pier 1 card

I had the check box on Jcrew until yesterday for about 5 months. The checkbox is still on my overstock.com card.

Basically, Comenity feels like they have gave me several CLI's very quick and my account is not eligabile for any CLI's right now.

The checkbox does go away if you happen to receive it one day. Its just an indicator that you need to wait it out for a while until the account is eligable for a CLI again.

Can someone who has the check box advise where it's located? Next to request CLI?

Also is it visible on mobile version on website or only desktop?

Sorry I'm also confused, does checkbox mean NOT to request an increase?
