No Synchrony Chat Function

Happens to me sometimes... I just wait a few minutes and chat available comes back. I think chat gets busy.

My Synchrony chat has been showing unavailable or just not there on all of my accounts today.

I've signed into to several Synch. accounts today and there is no chat still. maybe they are doing some site maintenance

For Walmart, I don't see the option and Chevron states "Chat is unavailable." So no, it's not just you.

I jus got off chat with them 5 min ago on my Amazon account. Maybe just busy?

Well actually I can say definitely busy.. After I putting my details it was about a 7 min wait for a representative to connect.

Thanks everyone for responding. I've checked Walmart, Sam's Club, Lowes, and Phillips66. Didn't check Amazon. Probably right about site maintenance. They maybe upgrading the sites like they did with Amazon. Last week was the first time since its upgrade that the chat function was available for me with Amazon.

I didn't see it either but I did found out however that they changed the chat time, it is now 11am to 7:30pm PST beause it was 8am to 5pm PST.

I'm glad you're able to get the chat function. As of yesterday I still haven't been able to get it. Tried different browsers, but still nothing. Can make payments online, but that's it.

Well, I just got an increase on Amazon, but was hoping for an increase on Sam's Club before Christmas. Maybe it will be up again in a few days.

Hope it's not going to becoming harder to get increases. I would like one more increase on Sam's Club, then no more requests.

I got a CLI on my Wal-Mart card then the next day all the chat options went away except Amazon lol

I have been having problems getting into Synchrony chat for a week now. I've been trying to get a CLI on my Lowe's card since the 10th. I don't really want to call them, because I share an office with a nosy coworker who listens to my personal calls.

I only have three Synchrony accounts with live chat functionality (Lowe's, Amazon.com and Chevron) but none of them have shown available every time I've checked.

Chat functionality has not shown for about a week now on my Synchrony accounts that normally have it. AEO Visa has never had a chat function, but the others normally do.
