There's been discussions regarding some people getting soft pull chase cli's. I called CSP customer service to inquire about a cli request. I asked if it's a HP or SP. Of Course she said it's a HP but then said Chase sometimes offers SP cli's on accounts and that she could check my account for such an offer. Unfortunately, I had no such offer on CSP. She said it would require an HP which I declined. Anyone considering a chase cli may want to call and ask if they have a SP cli offer on their account.

Well, I hope to get some sp cli love. I read about chase when I got my csp card and pretty much made up my mind that I'm stuck forever with my cl. Just was going to merge cards in a few months. Alittle nervous about doing a hp cli, and get denied or worse a 500 cli. Lol

For example the CSP is the most costly card to them, whereas it costs Chase less if the same action is done to your Marriott card. While the difference to you as an individual is small, it might help shape Chase's internal policies around this issue, especially if your spending was similar across multiple cards.

My amazon visa was my first CC, about a year ago, on first I carried a balance and only paid the min like an idiot (gave me the best rate so...) but for the past 6 months ive been paying off it in full or a big chunk, and they still wont budge from a $1k limit :/. As soon as I get a CC with a apr lower than 14.49% its getting closed!
