    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got Sportsman's Guide &amp;amp; Overton's via SCT with no HP. &amp;nbsp;I also got Redroof &amp;amp; Fuel Rewards and those did result in EQ HPs. &amp;nbsp;Always expect that there will be an HP and you'll be pleasantly surprised if none show up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;im trying to get my gf to apply for a new card. &amp;nbsp; i want to use sct cause i want her to get a soft pull. &amp;nbsp; but im not looking for a store card but a all around card &amp;nbsp; any info thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I only know of one. That would be a CC from NASA FCU. To join it is a soft pull on EX. After being accepted as a member. App for one of the cards. They give out nice SL's as well. It is open enrollment. So you don't have to be a employee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Sportsman visa and overtons MasterCard were soft pulls for me. But like Irish said, a hard pull can happen so you really can't guarantee it. But those 2 cards have yielded good no pull success from a lot of people</description>
