Discover Secured Card Graduated!!!

Hello all,

Applied for my Discover secured card in January 2015, just received an email today stating that my card graduated and I should receive my deposit in 5-7 days.

I haven't used the card much in the last few months, mostly because I have higher limits with other cards. I applied for an increase, no luck. So...exactly one year after my secured approval it graduated!

I have two statements to go and then my card will be one year old.....I hope mine graduates! It is only a $200 limit, but I use it alot and pay in full most of the time. Did yours graduate on it's own, or did you have to call in and ask?

I called a few months back to see if it qualified for graduation, the rep stated the card had to be at least a year old for consideration. The card didn't immediately graduate the day my statement cut, which was the 13th. It graduated without me calling Discover. If it hadn't graduated, I was going to call in next month.
