Hello,

So I've decided not to apply for any more credit "per my credit union" and work with what I have.
The last two inquires where for the Khols and Overstock CLI in Aug and Nov...bummer I know.
Well my question is, who can I speak to about combining my Capital One accounts.
The regular CSR can't help me. I've been an excellent customer, used card regularly and
have a zero balance reporting for over 3 months....The site keeps declining me. No I do not
have any pending transactions, fees etc.

You need to wait min 6 months and have 0 balance on the card you want to combine. Good luck
