Dillard's cli ~ changed request times?

I hit Dillard's up at 3 month for luv button. Declined. They said they now require FOUR MONTHS between cli's. (received a letter)

HMMMM, used to be THREE as I wrote all the dates down.

I'm going to CALL them next month & speak to a rep.

I was told that I had to wait 4 months as well, but received the CLI right a 4 months. I just got this card about 6 months ago.

It's my understanding with GEMB that it's 4 statements and not 4 months. So if you have a zero balance it won't count. They told me they had to see four billing cycles before they considered a cli.

I got my last cli (my request) and had used the card once and pif. I was granted $250.

Was this for the store card or the amex one?
