Closed Overstock Card.

I have had the card for more than a year. Never, not one CLI. I kinda got upset and asked myself why should I limit myself to a store card anyway? Why feel like you have to buy something just to keep a card open? I like shopping on Amazon better anyway. I once had 12 Comenity cards and now I am down to 3. When I opened my Overstock account it was my highest limit card to that point. It was extremely exciting. I now have 8 major credit cards with higher limits than my Overstock card. So I did what was best for me and shut it down.

If you had no use for the card any longer, then you did the right thing in closing it.

Congrats on closing a card you know longer needed. I'm closing three Cards next month.

Sounds like a good move. My Overstock will likely be on the chopping block in the future, as I prefer the special financing on my Amazon card (not to mention, the Amazon selection)

I closed my Overstock card a few weeks ago... they had given me a couple of CLIs, but they were small and stingy... at time of closing, my limit was $1.6K. I've more than made up for the lost utilization by getting a new card (Chase Slate) with an initial $5K limit. Overstock was also my last Comenity card. I'm not missing it, or them, whatsoever.
