<BR />As I delivered mail along my route I came across a envelope from AmEx but the envelope background is mostly white with very light gray logos of BOTH Target and AmEx. This customer does not live on my route so it was being returned to sender hence I'm asking on MyFico board cuz I've never heard of Target/AmEx.

<BR />Does anyone know? I was thinking it could be gift card but on the back of the envelope shows "Make a payment online...." so that doesn't sound like gift card?
