PayPal mc cli?

Thinking of trying for a cli on my paypal card. I have only had it since November so my main question is can I request an increase this early or not? My starting limit was 5K if that matters. Thanks

It won't hurt if you try. Call up the number on the back of your card, and follow the auto prompts

You can request. Whether you qualify depends on your credit profile and income.

make sure you aim high and then listen to the whole message because it will say sorry we can't approve you and many people hang up but then it says, but we can offer you... press 1 to accept.... if you don't accept it doesn't update!!!

Intresting I applied last August with 686 fico score and I was approved for $1K few months later in December I requested $5K instantly approved. I haven't tried since love the card

You can probably go to $8, $12, or $15 right now... Ask for $25k and take counter!

If I get the courage to do it I might. I just haven't put that much spend though it. And if I'm calling robo lady and ask for 25K will she still counter it assuming it's just not a denial anyway? Would be interesting to see if I can get it raised at all. TU is sitting around 748 if that matters.

Also should add when I first got the card I tried calling robo lady and asked for 7k but it was instantly denied. Mabye too soon?

They will counter... Listen to entire message!! Counter comes after denial message

Ok when I get the chance to give robo lady a call I think I'll give it a shot. Last time it was a flat out denial and I got a letter in the mail but it was a really strange reason from what I remember. If only I had my card with me to call the number.. 😆

maybe you should Call customer service and request a cli with them . I have 3 accounts from synchrony bank Wal-Mart, PayPal MC, and care credit. I never received a credit line increase from robo. It always worked with representatives.

I forgot to mention when I requested $5K the robo lady denied me I called robo lady second time and requested $25K nothing no counter offer . I was like come on really... So 2 min later I called for the third time instead I requested the credit line increase to the customer service I requested again $5K immediately approved.

I tried calling robo lady and request 10K but it was a no go with a counter. I probably should just hit the garden for a while. Thanks for all the info guys.

Did you call Credit Solutions?

I apped it early Sat (2/6) was approved for 2k, called Credit Solutions later that evening and was granted CLI to 7k.

Also apped WalMart MC 10 mins after PayPal MC, got 1.2k and Credit Solutions CLI it to 5k.

Just to clarify, you guys are making reference to the PayPal Extras MC, correct? I did not realize you could request a SP cli via automated system.

yes, almost all sync backed cards are sp besides carecredit, carcare, ashley furniture.
