Huh. Interesting. I wish I had taken a picture of the offer screen because it for sure said 'secured' but further down in the stipulations it referred to it as a 'rebuilder' card. I believe I'll call.

Hello to all. I just applied for the BOA Cash Rewards Americard and was not approved. However, I was offered a secured rebuilder rewards card with no deposit required, a $500 credit line, and a $39 annual fee. It said it was in fact a secured card. But my question is how can it be secured without a deposit? I am aware of BOA's $99/$500 secured offer. Is this something new?
