Capital One Backdoor Information updates

Can anyone link me to a page with the most current backdoor numbers? I am trying to get a credit limit increase with several cards, and seems some of the numbers aren't any good.

This is the page that everyone uses, if there is a number that doesn't work, please reply to the thread or message Scamp so that it can be updated/removed. Also, the backdoor number for Capital One is no longer valid. People were abusing the number and it was changed so that you need a PIN to talk to someone.

If you need something from Capital One that's beyond the ability of a front-line CSR you'll need to go the EO route... the numbers on the backdoor thread have been either out of service or routing directly to a front-line CSR for a while now.

Edited to add: I'm talking strictly about Capital One here... numbers for other companies I would consider to still be accurate.

There is no working EO number right now as stated above. Contact them through Facebook is the best route.

There's not a number... what you do is send an email to the CEO, and somebody from the 'Executive Office' will contact you by phone. Others can chime in on how much information to provide in the email (you want to provide enough, but not too much).

You can check Google for the email address (you can't put personal information on myFICO).

Edit: Facebook suggestion above also works well if you have social media.
