Amazon increase fail?

OK. open the account about 6 months ago. SL $800 then increased to $3500 about the second month I had it.

Bought a New iMac 27 5k, and paid it off in two months... So i thought I might have a chance to get it raised. Called credit solutions tonight. Went through the routine asked income 76k etc. Tu only 657 tho. then he wanted to send me a text verification.

but for some reason hr said my phone cant receive texts... i said I can and do all the time. He advised me I would receive a letter in a few days...

Anyone know whats up with this. Our had the same think happen to them?

Also is my limit maxed out because of score?

Never had that response but I think with that score and income you should be able to go above $3500. I'd call them back now and speak with another agent.

My score is 670 and income is less and my CL is 4k with Amazon. I would call again.

Your TU score is right in line with mine. Your limit will probably max out at 5K

Call credit solutions back and try again. They might have been having issues with their text verification system.
