Discover - Protection Solutions

Does anybody use the "Protection Solutions" benefits from discover such as Payment Protection, Identity Theft Protection, Wallet Protection or Credit ScoreTracker?

I have had my card for almost two years and everytime I try to enroll, I get this message:

"We apologize we are currently not accepting any new enrollments for Payment Protection, Identity Theft Protection, Wallet Protection or Credit ScoreTracker.
We appreciate your patience and interest. Thank you."

I do love Discover but why is this even on the website?

I think there's a post around somewhere about them discontinuing it.
