[AMEX] Effect of Credit Limit transfer on future CLI's

My apologies if this has been asked before, but my search results weren't bringing up anything.

I recently transferred all my credit limit (except $500) from my Amex BCE to my ED card. So I was wondering if this credit limit reallocation between my cards resets or otherwise affects when I can request another CLI on my Everyday card? I wasn't sure if Amex views a CL transfer as essentially a CLI request or not, so I was wondering if anyone had experience doing this.

It does not affect your ability to request a CLI
