How long before a CLI shows up on CR?

Hi All,

Can some one help me out with this? I just received a CLI on my B of A VISA ( secured) without having to make a deposit (yay!) from $1000 to $2500. My question is how long before it shows up on my CR?

Congratulations! The CLI will appear whenever your statement normally cuts. If the payment date is (lets say the 5th of every month) the statement usually generates a few days after that. So lets say around the 9th. At that point it takes 1-3 days for the credit report to reflect the update.

i check mine using creditkarma. free to sign up. but yeah, normally your statement cut is also the report date. plus 1 day sometimes.

Typically whenever the account normally reports.
