Question about NFCU NavCheck

Before I begin, I just want to say that I DID attempt to search the existing threads for my answer, as well as turning to Google. I ended up fruitless in my search.

My question is, do APR reductions with NavCheck work the same way as with their credit cards? I.E.: eligible for a rate change once a year, without a HP?

according to 2 reps it is an additional inquiry. they will automatically review the APR if you ask for a CLI (HP as we know) or you need a HP to just look over rate. so it won't be worth it until you know you can qualify for the lowest rate IMO
