Nfcu cc payment question

We have a local cu that we bank with but also have NFCU with the cash rewards card. I am trying to make my first payment on the cc but it keeps reverting me to the NFCU account for payment. How can I add our current bank account for cc payment? I have looked all over this site and can't find it. help! lol

Thank you! They aren't making this easy lol. I now have to wait for a letter in the mail with a confirmation code. My payment due date is Friday and I don't want to carry a balance. I will have to call and see if I can arrange payment on the phone.

It told me that too. But I was able to log off and log back in and make payment no problem
If that doesn't work, you can always push a payment from your CU.
