USAA LUV button

I thought you could request a CLI with USAA after 6 months? I received my first CLI in July 15 but the luv button is still not available for either of my 2 cards. Does anybody have previous experience or knowledge?

I don't have any experience, but my 6 six mark is coming up & I was researching this on their website. I found in the community that you must call customer service or send a secure message.

Going through a CSR isn't always necessary... I got an auto-CLI back in November, and I have the CLI 'button' available now.

I check that section of my cards every week or so to see if it's shown up, and never really know what I was looking for.

You're very welcome!

Strangely, it's actually easier to get to on mobile, but I don't know how to take a screen capture of that.

Here's where it is on Android... pull up you account list, then select your credit card so that transactions from that account are displayed. Select the little "three dot" icon in the top right corner, and 'Change Credit Line' is the very first option (at least it is for me).

I see the button down there but when I hit it and go through the process USAA wants to pull a copy of my credit report. I guess I can't complain after USAA lowered my APR.

It's always a HP with USAA unless you're lucky enough to get an auto CLI

I once called USAA to ask for an APR decrease and they told me that they couldn't do it, however, they offered me a $7,500 CLI instead

My increase button showed up when my card turned 6 months old. I'm afraid to push it though, I've heard it's always a hp. I was told on the phone my card was scheduled for review for an iinc at 6 months, but it didn't happen. When I checked with them again, I was told they don't have any such thing. Seems li,e information with them isn't consistent.

It is always a HP with them on Equifax. I've never received an auto CLI from them. I've always had to press the luv button with a HP.

They used EX when I got both my Amex and my MasterCard. Maybe it depends on where you live?

Maybe. I'm in MD. I have AmEx, MC and an auto loan with them and each one has been EQ

How long has it been since you tapped them? There are multiple recent reports that they have switched to EX.

Im in MD as well and they used EX for me last week for a product of theirs when previously everything was EQ before.

Received $11k CLI two weeks ago...in Ohio, they pulled EQ.
