Wayfair SCT SUCCESS only !!!

I am trying to get the wayfair SCT to pop up for me can you please share your SUCCESS with making this happen.

If you can share ( if you dont mind)

1. Score

2. Limit given (SL)

3. What was the last step you did before it popped up

4. Browser used

5. Registered account or no

My scores at the time were TU 656, EX 674, EQ 696. ( real scored from my fico 3b)

I had a registered account and have purchased from Wayfair many times in the past few years.

I was speciafically shopping for a certain pub table set, which I found on Wayfair for about $400 cheaper than other sites it was listed on, it was a special order item ( the make them when you order) the final cost was $1686.00... funny thing is I was not even thinking about the SCT.

When I got to the point that you enter payment information, a poop up came up and said Congratualtions you have been approved for a Comentity Wayfair Card credit limit $3,500.00. I read the fine print and accepted, was able to immediately place my purchase on the card and get 12 months interest free to pay for the purchase. That was 3 months ago... they have increased my credit limit once and now it's at $4000.00

Again it did not come up until I got all the way to enter your payment method. That seems to be the case with all Comentity SCT... I have basically the exact same story with Overstock, I was making a $700 purchase there again not even thinking about SCT... same story and same credit line offer. These two cards make a ton of sense for me as I purchase often from both and have for several years.

Forgot to mention I still have several bads on my credit... all very old and falling off between March and May of this year.

3. I added a lot of things to my cart and signed into my existing wayfair account before hitting checkout

4. Safari

5. Don't know but I signed in so I could get the rewards before the SCT popped up

Thank you all so much I have been waiting for a new month to begin before I try again....I think I may try around the 15th...although I should stay in the garden I dont NEEEEDDDDD the card but I want it, just because I am having such a hard time SCT'ing it. I will not cold app.

Surprising after getting the card I haven't used it, although it's good for their other online stores like All Modern...I would gain more using my Discover with cashback or shopping through a cashback portal with a cashback cc. I'm still beating myself up since the starting CL was only $500

When you accepted the preapproval did it ask for additional information? Did it ever result in a HP?

No it was a SP all the way...Months before I tried and it ending in a HP but it wasn't an SCT and the card itself was just introduced.

No Hard Pull= credit core dosnt matter mine was 620( from all my SCTs)

1. I never went to the site before, So if u have clear your cookies. or use a browser you dont use.

2. i placed over $600 in cart , a couch and pillows. Took me to "sign up"-I did

3. Shipping info-I did (KEEP GOIG)

4 Got to CC info payment page - Kind bumbed I thought i didnt work...I waited 5 sec. started to click back and boom pop up!

I have use many Credit card tricks and worked. Questions Just ask. I think u needed to go a bit further like you were really going to buy. Im having trouble with the portman guide SCT. so i can totally under stand your wants!

Really take your time. Add stuff to your cart on your phone, come back on multiple computers if possible.

I was given 1200 with ex of 680. It might have been 1k with insta-bump, can't remember.

Why don't you go to wayfair.com and scroll down to their credit card ad and it says click to apply with a picture of a wayfair card. Click on that and it will take you to their credit card page and there is are two purple buttons....the one on the left to check for pre-approvals and the one on the right to apply for a card.

I went to the site to see if I could try the preapproval purple button. I decided to window shop first. Put a rooster lamp (don't judge me) in my cart. I was browsing Chrome Incognito. Cleared everything first also. I went to check out for the final price just in case I would decide to use my MC. I entered my Wayfair membership account ID and password. Pop up said thanks for returning. I proceeded to the payment page.

Shocking....preapproval screen popped up.

My SL is 500. My scores on myfico are 605 608 and 620. It asked for my income. I only used about 15% of the CL so I can PIF and grow my CL.

I could not get it for any other site after Wayfair. I will try again in 6 months. I am getting ready to work on my file so things should be better in 6 months.

I recently received a 1000 cli from cap1. Then i received a letter from target giving me another 300 to bump me to 1200. Maybe that helped some.

I bought the rooster lamp. 😎

3. Checked out as guest without CC info and I put about 2k in my cart.

4. Used Chrome on my LG G3. <-----Was at my wifes parents house and was bored.

5. Not registered.

SCT Frontgate,Wayfair,Overstock and Motorola within in 20 minutes and all on my phone.

OMG!!!!!

Couldn't wait any longer and decided to try the SCT.... WOW

Just did WayFair SCT and got a $4K limit ... WHAT!!!!

Yes I am excited!!!

It only asked for the last 4 of my SS so I hope it was a SP.

Even though my FICO 8 scores are all above 700 ( 711, 721, 723) I have a collection from last year and 2-30 day lates from 2012.

Citi denied me a CLI havent tried AMEX for a CLI yet both are only $500 limit

Cr util is in the 30% because of a 10K closed CC I'm still paying on.

Man I am feeling pretty good.

I tried the sct. Put a few items in. went to the checkout and got the pop up. My SL is $4500 with scores in the 650 range. does anyone know if Wayfair has a hard CL that they wont go past? Since IM now in the garden, how long to wait to ask for a CLI?
